8 Week Build
Agreement.

1. Who this is between

This Agreement is between Hughes Solutions, LLC (“we” or “us”), which offers Build On Purpose, and you, the person named in Schedule A (“you”). Jesse Wood leads the program for us. It is written in plain English on purpose, and it is still a legal agreement. It starts when you sign it.

2. What Build On Purpose is

Build On Purpose is coaching and education. You learn to put your brand and business in one place you own and run it by talking to an AI assistant. You do the work, in your own accounts. It is not software, a done for you service, or a business opportunity.

3. What we deliver in the 8 Week Build

If Schedule A shows the 8 Week Build, you get:

• 8 live group sessions by video call on the dates in Schedule A: seven 60 minute sessions, 7:00 to 8:00 PM Eastern, and a 90 minute Launch Day, 6:30 to 8:00 PM Eastern

• Step by step lessons and prompts for each class, for your own AI assistant, with checkpoints in Weeks 2, 5 and 8

• BB-1, your Brand Builder, any time. It’s AI, not a person, so it can make mistakes, and nothing it says changes this agreement, your price or your refund terms. It’s a tool we provide and it can change

• The workbook, the starter files and your private cohort space

• The replay of every session

• A copy of Jesse’s book, The Purpose-Driven Business Builder’s Blueprint, sent after your refund window in section 6 closes

The Builder Room, for graduates only: Every Monday, one copy and paste prompt upgrades your AI brand builder with everything new that week, plus a list of what’s improving. You never fall behind. A catch up when you graduate, so you’re current on day one. The regular price is $97 a month. Your first 6 months are free, starting on your cohort’s Launch Day. After that it’s the founding rate of $47 a month, locked as long as you stay a member. The founding rate is only for graduates of Cohorts 1 and 2. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price at that time. This applies to gift seats too. It’s opt in. Nothing starts and nothing is charged unless you tap Join The Builder Room in My Build. Before your card is saved, your Builder Room page shows the price, when it starts, that it renews every month and how to cancel, and you check a box to agree. We save the time and the exact words you agreed to. You don’t need a card to use your free months. In your fifth free month your Builder Room page asks if you want to stay, and only then do you save a card. It isn’t charged until your free months end. If you don’t tap Stay, your access ends with your free months and nothing is charged. If you join after they end, your first charge is that day. It renews monthly until you cancel. To cancel, open My Build or any Builder Room email, go to your Builder Room page and tap Cancel. It’s one tap, with no call and no email, and nothing else is charged. It stops at the end of the month you’ve paid for. We’ll email you before your first charge and before each yearly anniversary. If the price changes, we’ll email you at least 30 days first, with how to cancel. If a payment fails, we’ll email you to update your card, and after 3 failed tries your Builder Room access pauses until it’s paid. What you built stays yours and keeps running without it.

Your assistant is your first line of support. There’s no ongoing tech support after the cohort.

4. Dates

Sessions are live, usually Mondays at 7:00 PM Eastern, on the dates in Schedule A. If something outside our control means we have to move a session, we’ll tell you as soon as we can, give you the new date, and you still get the replay.

5. Your price and how you pay

Your price is in Schedule A, and it is the only price that applies. Pay in full, or take the 3 monthly payment plan. The plan is 3 charges and no more: the first when you take your seat, then one a month for 2 months, on the dates shown when you pay. Your card is saved only to make those charges. After the third charge, nothing else is charged and this does not renew.

If a plan payment doesn’t go through, we may try the same card again and we’ll email you to update it. If the final try fails, your access to My Build and your cohort space pauses until the payment is made. Your seat is yours once your first payment is made. There is no deposit. Prices can differ from cohort to cohort, and a partner price only applies where Schedule A shows it.

Seats are paid by the date in Schedule A. If your first payment hasn’t been made by the end of that day, the seat is released, and nothing is owed.

6. Refunds

Full refund any time before Session 2. Attending isn’t required. If it isn’t for you, tell us before Session 2 starts. If you’re on a payment plan, you get back everything you’ve paid, and the remaining payments are cancelled. The time for your cohort is in Schedule A and on your private page, and one tap there asks to cancel. A request made inside the window counts, even if the refund goes out after it.

After that, what you’ve paid isn’t refunded, and any unpaid plan payments are still owed, because you agreed to the full price. The Live By Launch Day promise in section 7 still applies. You can ask to move to the next cohort, once, and we’ll do it as a goodwill.

A gift seat has nothing to refund.

7. Live By Launch Day

Do the homework and show up, live or by replay, and if your site isn’t live on your own domain or a subdomain of it, with your AI assistant working from your phone by Launch Day, we keep working together, free in the next cohort, until it is.

“Do the homework” means you worked the weekly jobs in the workbook. This promise is about getting your site and assistant working. It is not a promise about income or business results.

8. Missing a session, and replays

If you miss a session, the replay is in your private cohort space by about 9:00 AM Eastern the next morning, and watching it counts as showing up. Replays stay available to your cohort for at least 12 months after your Launch Day. Later cohorts may be shown recordings of earlier sessions, as set out in section 11. A missed session is not refunded or made up with a private session.

9. No promises about income or results

We can’t promise income, sales, leads, followers, savings or any other business result. Nobody honest can. Your results depend on your effort, your business and your follow through. Anything shared about what Jesse has built or spends is his own story, not a prediction of yours. Tool prices and savings shown to you are estimates, and they change.

Ads are optional. Build On Purpose is education, and Jesse Wood is not a marketing company. If you run ads, you do it at your own risk and with your own money, and you can lose all of it. We do not run your ads, and we promise no leads, sales or followers. Before you spend on ads, consider a true marketing professional.

10. Your tools, your accounts, your work

You pay for your own tools directly, in your own name, and those costs are separate from your price. That includes your AI assistant plan, hosting, your domain, email, text sending, storage, any ad spend and anything else you choose.

You own your work: your site, content, brand, files, code and accounts. You create your own accounts, log in, enter your own billing, and always type your own passwords and card details. We will never ask for your password, and we never hold your accounts. If you leave, you keep everything you built.

Our workbook, slides, recordings and program materials belong to us. Course materials are licensed for your personal use and may not be resold, taught or redistributed. You keep full ownership of everything built for your own brand.

AI tools can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking the work and for what you publish or send. Build On Purpose is independent. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any tool maker, and any tool can change or stop.

11. Recordings

Every group session is recorded, and you agree to that by joining. Your voice, image, name and anything you share on screen may be in the recording. Recordings are for members, our team and Self Paced buyers, and later cohorts may see them unless the curriculum has changed. Please keep your camera off and your screen private if you’d rather not appear. If your private business is going to show up on screen, we’ll ask you first. We won’t use your image, story or results in marketing without your separate permission.

12. Keep the room safe

Please keep what others share private. Never put client data, passwords or other people’s sensitive information into a shared screen, a chat or the community. If you handle sensitive client information, keep it out of this system unless a qualified professional has cleared how you handle it.

Treat people with respect. No harassment, no hateful or unlawful conduct, no pitching or recruiting other members, and no sharing your login or the call link. We may remove you from the program if you break these rules. If you’re removed during the refund window in section 6 you get the refund due that day. If you’re removed after it, what you’ve paid isn’t refunded and unpaid plan payments are still owed.

13. If we have to cancel

If we cancel your cohort before the first session, you get a full refund. If we stop it after it starts, you get a refund in proportion to the sessions not held, or a seat in the next cohort if you’d rather have that.

14. Not financial, legal or tax advice

Nothing in the program is legal, tax, financial, investment or insurance advice. This program is separate from any financial services, insurance or recruiting business, and joining it has nothing to do with any of them.

15. Messages

You agree that we can email you about your seat and the program, and text you only if you said yes on the sign up form, which isn’t required to buy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to stop texts. We’ll still email what you need for your seat.

16. Referrals

Some people who share this program may earn a referral fee. If you came through a partner’s link, that partner can see your name and whether you joined, and nothing else.

17. Limits on liability

The program is provided as is, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, we and our owners, coaches and team aren’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, site downtime or anything caused by a tool or by your use of it. If we’re found liable anyway, our total liability will not exceed what you paid us under this Agreement. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited, including for fraud or intentional misconduct.

18. Resolving a problem

If something goes wrong, please talk with us first. If we can’t resolve it, we both agree to try good faith mediation, which may be Christian conciliation if we both agree, before going to court. Either of us may use small claims court.

19. Governing law

Virginia law governs this Agreement, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

20. General

This is our whole agreement about the offer in Schedule A, and it replaces anything said before about it, except that the promises in sections 6 and 7 stay exactly as published. If any part can’t be enforced, the rest stays in effect. You must be 18 or older. Your seat is yours and can’t be transferred without our OK. We may update these terms for future cohorts, and that won’t change what you signed. Typing your name and tapping to sign is your legal signature, and you can get a copy of what you signed at any time.
